DWe create three main types of custom artwork:

  • Classic Portraits — timeless, clean designs with simple backgrounds.

  • Movie Posters — bold, cinematic pieces inspired by iconic films.

  • Music Covers — album-style designs that turn your pet into a star.

Each product comes in a range of styles so you can choose the perfect fit.

You can pick from three standard sizes:

  • Small: 8 × 12 inches

  • Medium: 12 × 16 inches

  • Large: 18 × 24 inches

We offer three ready-to-hang choices:

  • Poster only

  • Poster with hangers

  • Poster with a wooden frame

Yes! You can add Digital Artwork to your order. Perfect if you’d like to print extra copies yourself or share online.

Absolutely, you’ll have the option to personalise each piece with your pet’s name.

Yes, each order includes a field where you can request small changes, such as adding extra text or adjusting colours. We don’t charge extra for these, but they’re not guaranteed. Depending on complexity and our current workload, we may or may not be able to include them.

At the moment, each artwork is designed for a single pet. If you’d like something more custom (such as multiple pets, gift wrapping, or other requests), please reach out to us at contact@pawfectpal.shop and we’ll do our best to help.

🎨 The Creative Process

  • Choose your product and style.

  • Upload your pet’s photo and add their name (plus any small requests, like colour tweaks or text).

  • Pick your framing option, size, and colour.

  • Place your order. Our designers take it from there.

Every design is carefully crafted by talented designers. Hand-edited with attention to detail to make sure your pet looks their very best.

We don’t offer previews or revisions at this time. Our designers carefully create each piece to match the chosen style, so you can trust your pet will come out looking great.

Every portrait is completely unique, tailored to your pet, their name, and your chosen options. No two are ever the same.

You can use the request field at checkout to ask for small changes. These aren’t guaranteed, but if we can fit them in, we’ll happily do it at no extra cost.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Right now, we ship to customers in the UK and US. We’re looking to expand to more countries soon!

Most orders arrive within 10–14 working days from the time you place your order. Occasionally, it may take longer due to high demand, courier delays, or other unexpected reasons — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping is free for orders above £60. There would be a flat fee for the orders that doesn’t meet the threshold.

Absolutely. All framed pieces and posters are carefully packed in protective materials to make sure they arrive in perfect condition, ready to hang.

💳 Returns & Refunds

Because every portrait is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or if it doesn’t match personal expectations.

If your artwork arrives damaged, we’ll replace it or issue a refund. Just email us at contact@pawfectpal.shop with your order number and photos of the damage.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement.

Since we start working on your design quickly, changes aren’t always possible. If you need to adjust something, reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
