Refund & Return Policy
Each Pawfect Pal portrait is custom-made for you and your pet. Because of this, refunds cannot be given if you simply change your mind or if the artwork doesn’t meet personal expectations.
We do, however, offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged

The product does not arrive within 30 days of ordering
What’s Not Eligible

Change of mind after purchase

Dissatisfaction with style or interpretation (as all artwork is personalised and may vary slightly from website examples)
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, this may take up to 10 business days.
