Welcome to Pawfect Pal. By using our website (pawfectpal.shop) or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Orders
You agree to provide accurate details (name, address, contact info). For personalised artwork, please provide clear, good-quality photos of your pet.
2. Personalised Products
All sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or non-delivery (see our Refund Policy).
Since each piece is unique, there may be slight variations in style or layout compared to website examples. Your final artwork will always be one-of-a-kind.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are shown on pawfectpal.shop at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver most orders within 10–14 working days. However, delivery times may be longer due to demand, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
By sending us your pet’s photo, you confirm you own the rights to it and give us permission to create your artwork.
The finished design is for your personal enjoyment only. It may not be copied, resold, or used commercially. Pawfect Pal retains creative rights to all designs.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not upload or submit content that is offensive, illegal, harmful, or infringes on someone else’s rights. Pawfect Pal reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that break this rule.
7. Liability
We’ll always do our best to ensure your order is created and delivered on time. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. We are also not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to use of our website or services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Any updates will be posted on this page.
